The PDMER department in SHIPO is responsible on setting and coordinating projects implemented within communities for to realize specific intended objectives within a determined time and costs as well as predetermined performance indicators. The organization considers resting on participatory approach worth throughout the process of development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation process for diverse projects. PDMER has a responsibility of taking lead in the development of new projects and ensuring that Project Reports are prepared and shared timely. “Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) is a process that helps improve performance and achieve results. Its goal is to improve current and future management of outputs, outcomes and impact”.
